We will then provide you with further instructions. We only allow a complete refund for items that have problems caused by us. If the returning package does not include all the accessories and parts it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and can only warrant a partial refund.

The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer the shipping cost for turning back the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment completed, will we replace the items sent from you.
As for returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 5% bank handling fee and shipping costs. Buyers are always responsible for the shipping costs. All items sent back to us must be in original condition, that is, not to wear, altered or washed, with all tags incidental. Worn or dirty items will be returned to your. We do not include freight exchange, you will be responsible for the return postage and shipping goods exchanged back to your shipping and handling.
